Installed outside the new Radcliffe medical centre, these Wave forms attempted to bring some of the
tranquility and power of the surrounding countryside into the town.
Working with local groups Adam collected clay panels which were cast in bronze and included in the work.
These had images relating the local area, healthcare and the idea of 'home'

The work also relates to the internal artwork by Suki which shows a disintegrated cloud form made
from hundreds of plastic fragments.
The building company Morgan Ashurst installed the works and the project was manged by Lime.
