‘Untitled(Water Fountain)’ May 2000 Stainless Steel, water, lighting 5m diameter

This water fountain was installed at the entrance to Birchwood Park Technology Park and forms part of a major refurbishment and building initiative taken by the owners, MEPC. The stainless steel ring appears to float on the surface of the water while the fountain tries to show the Birchwood logo. It is lit at night with a pale blue light from beneath the surface of the lake which gives it an eerie presence.
